Training

By following the Built by Spectre Performance programme, you can enjoy a well-rounded training approach that combines various training modalities, optimising performance and results. It will allow you to be ready for any physical occurrence, constantly pushing you whilst adding an element of enjoyment to your daily training routine.

Upon becoming a member of the Spectre Performance community, you will have the option to reach out to our coaches through the community group. This will enable you to seek advice and guidance when needed, ensuring that you stay on track even if you need to substitute or replace certain movements due to a lack of equipment.

When you’re on holiday or attending a course without exercise equipment, you can explore alternatives such as bodyweight training, utilising local equipment (if available), or modifying your training days accordingly. It’s essential to prioritise the most important workout of the training week and make adjustments based on the resources and time constraints you have.

If you’re unable to fully adhere to the programme due to work or family commitments, potential consequences or implications may include slower progress towards your goals, reduced performance gains, inconsistent training results, and potentially feeling frustrated or demotivated. It’s important to find a balance that works for your schedule and prioritise consistent effort whenever possible.

Starting the Royal Marines or Parachute Regiment programme on a Monday is important because it ensures that the periodisation block aligns properly, providing you with the necessary rest and recovery on the right days. This alignment is crucial for achieving peak performance and maximising your progress towards your goal.

Shipping and Delivery

All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail or Yodel.
Please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us.

UK Shipping is Free on orders over £65

Orders below £65 Shipping are charged at £3.45 for standard 2-5 day day delivery and £4.95 for 1-2 day delivery.

While most orders are processed the next working day, please allow us 1-3 days to print, pack and dispatch your order!

EU Orders should be delivered in 3-9 working days depending on the country.

We ship all EU orders via Whistl.

You Should have an email with a tracking number, clicking the number should take you directly to the tracking link.

If for some reason it doesn’t, you can track your order here https://web.parcelhub.net/tracking/

Once in your country, Whistl will hand it to a national courier service to deliver to your door, this can also be found on the tracking link above.

We Pre-Pay EU orders import VAT and Duties via our IOSS number. So you will not need to pay anything in the EU

EU Shipping is Free on orders above €76

EU orders below €76 are charged at €8

1-3 Day Express Shipping is available via DHL Express and is Free on orders above £150 / $205

Orders between $0-$136 express shipping is available at $26

Orders between $136-$205 express shipping is available for $12

All orders are dispatched via Landmark Global and given to a national courier to deliver to your door

Deliveries usually take 7-20 working days depending on the country.

Shipping Orders up to £65 are charged at £7.95

Import Duties and Fees

We Prepay all EU import VAT and Duties via our IOSS number so you will NOT have any import fees.

The USA/ Aus/ EU will not receive any import fees.

Canada imports are subject to import fees but we find less than 5% of customers get charged any import fee.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer 60 days to exchange or refund anything on your order. Please post your order/ or item back to us with a note of your order number and if you would like a refund or state what item and size you would like to exchange it for and we will send out asap.

We recommend using a tracked service if you are outside the UK. Unfortunately we cannot provide shipping labels or prepaid shipping labels to return items to us. Return postage cost is your responsibility. If it’s a return we provide a full refund including the original shipping cost. If it’s an exchange we send the new item to you with no extra cost.

Subscriptions

Simply head to ‘My Purchases’ to do this. To get to ‘My Purchases’:

  • Log onto https://app.fitr.training/ via a web browser
  • Head to the drop down profile menu and select ‘Billing’
  • Select ‘My Purchases

 

Use the action menu to the right of each program to see the available options. This will include, depending on the program and status:

  • Cancel Subscription
    Resume Subscription
    Reschedule

 

If you do not see this option then it may be that your coach has a different set up on Fitr. If this is the case, please contact the coaching provider directly to cancel your subscription. Unfortunately in this case we do not handle the payment/subscription side of things so are unable to help on cancelling.

Follow these simple steps:

  • Click your profile picture in the top right.
  • Head to ‘Billing’.

 

You’ll see the options to add your billing information. This information will appear on
all invoices and receipts after you’ve added it.

You can also make changes to registered cards and add new cards to the system.
