The Programme

To take your performance to the next level you have to train more specifically. We will ensure you enhance your strength, endurance, and overall performance on the bike by giving you a targeted and structured regime which will build the core, upper body, and leg strength, crucial for better bike control, stability, and power, allowing you to to ride through those deep ruts and send it over jumps with ease.

Our programmes will focus on an individual’s endurance at peak intensity, focusing on short, high-intensity sessions like HIIT – mirroring race conditions. We will help you prevent fatigue and ensure consistent performance throughout a race by specifically targeting some of the key physical components, such as cardiovascular and muscular endurance.

Now let’s talk about the elephant in the room, the thing that all riders share in common, the dreaded arm pump. This is almost never going to disappear, however we most certainly can reduce how fast it kicks in and how long we can hold on for and ensure long-term resilience and performance. Flexibility and mobility exercises must also be integrated into your daily routine as they play a crucial role in reducing injury and ensuring you stay on the pegs throughout the season.
